SvenskaIt has been a great day. Weather forecast actually predicted right. A warm and sunny day. I went to “Gärdet” this afternoon with two of my colleagues. A lot of people had gathered, and of course, mostly women. Last time I participated I remember it was a little cold and rainy. It is so good when it is warm, then I don’t need to do so much warming up. It was a fun run. And always beautiful to be surrounded by water. When we finally reached the goal, we had a little something to drink and eat.
I always like to cook after training. So I did this evening. And not to forget, some bread and blueberry cup cakes.
