Rather late. Just a few words tonight. Nice day at work. It was lovely this afternoon. Saw snow slowly falling from the sky. Beautiful. I have missed snow. Everyday life is quite important to me; because that is life. I pass this subway station often (see above). Made some food tonight. Boring to have dinner alone, but I made my best to entertain. Writing a little. Touching upon a difficult subject: happiness. Not easy to explain.

Idag skriver jag. Ledig dag. Bra. Eftersom det här året börja närma sig övergång till ett nytt år så kan det vara bra att se tillbaka och reflektera. Tankar över det gångna året. Hur ska det nya året bli? Det är ju ett så kallat tabula rasa. Det gillar jag. Jag gillar att ha ett blankt papper framför mig för att fylla med drömmar och nya idéer.

Jag har skrivit ganska mycket om Havanna. Jag har även skrivit en hel del under året från mitt minne, och det jag minns mest är fred och stabilitet. Två tunga, stora nyckelord. Eftersom jag arbetar som apotekare har jag ju berörts av den nya apoteks marknaden. För att citera mig själv:

“Europa har, via olika åtgärder, kunnat fogas samman efter det fruktansvärda som började på 1930-t. Många svåra minnen finns fortfarande kvar hos många människor. Mycket arbete finns dock kvar att göra om man ser på det som hände i Serbien på 1990-t och för att inte glömma det som bland annat fortfarande sker i Syrien idag.

Jag lärde mig på gymnasiet av historielärare Kullberg att Europeiska gemenskapens främsta uppgift är att bevara fred och det har ju lyckats bra. Tack och lov. Vem vill se sitt eget land i krig?

För att åter knyta till avregleringen av apoteksmonopolet, så vill jag tala starkt för att det är ett sätt att bevara fred. Genom handel (tänk på t ex sidenvägarna genom Asien som byggde relationer mellan världsdelar för flera hundra år sedan) så stärks relationer mellan människor.”

Den nya apoteksmarknaden har inneburit många nya arbetstillfällen på alla nivåer; allt från underleverantörer till större distribution. Jag är starkt övertygad om att handel skapar mycket goda förutsättningar för fred.

Nu är det julklappstider och jag tänker på Världsnaturfonden. Naturen är oerhört vacker och fascinerande, eller hur? Julklapps tips!

Hi! Soon middle of December. There is still no snow in Stockholm, so I do not have the right Christmas ambience. Time passes so quickly. And so do life. Time is life or life is time?

What am I up to these days? I caught a cold, so I have to be careful with exercise. I have had my driving licence renewed so I have to pick it up today. 10 years since last time. Yes, I have changed some. I had a French page hair cut at that time. Maybe I will show you my new photo.

As usual, I follow the news. There will be a reelection for Swedish government in March. The budget wasn´t approved. I believe this political, more or less, political mess, is due to to many political parties. If you don´t have majority in “the congress (riksdagen)”, it is not so easy to have the budget approved. Not so good for Sweden since it costs a lot of money to have a re-election. I am frightened the taxes will be raised, and to conclude, that will not generate new jobs. That will lead to more unemployment which is the biggest threat to a healthy country.

Ok, I am boring writing about politics. But since it concerns daily life, I consider it important. My focus right now is writing my book. It takes time for the book to mature. I also dream about becoming a mother one day. To face life. Female instinct.

Hi there!

Hope you are fine. To be honest. This evening I was not on a diet. Don´t know why, but I have thought a lot about different countries recently, especially the U.S.. So instead of traveling I cross cook. One of my favorite interests in life.

I write my book, and I have passed the most difficult part of the book now. Now I will work on how to find a happy ending.

I am also happy that I received loose leaf the from Harrods today. Reminds me of the beautiful the plantations in Malaysia.
