D’avoir des rêves

Since I cannot travel I thought of where I would like to go. It was such a long time ago I was to France, and I would very much like to go to south of France. To stay at the beach, go swimming, have a nice salad for lunch, go for a walk. Stop and have an espresso. Rest for a while in the shadow. And then, end the evening with a dinner by the sea. Maybe I am lucky and have found a hotel close to the Mediterranean so I could fall asleep by the waves.

To have dreams is so important. The dream is even more important than achieving the goal itself. Of course, you reach your final destination, but the dream and imagination is the best. Karin Boye knew how to describe this in her poem “Rörelse”, sharing her life wisdom. In Swedish though. Sorry for that.

Bryt upp, bryt upp! Den nya dagen gryr.
Oändligt är vårt stora äventyr.

I could not resist searching for a French song. Here, a little something with France Gall.

Paris.
