Being on vacation makes you change habits. I could´t do exercise as I usually do. So, getting back to routines takes time. However, it made me feel good that I don´t really have to start from beginning. The pulse is there.

Exercise is not only to go running, cycling etc, just to burn calories. For me, it is also important to do slow exercise e.g. walking, stretching etc. So, this weekend, I went for walks with my sweetie. There was snow and she liked that a lot. I made a birthday cake for my parents since my father has had his birthday. Cake with strawberries. Easy to make.

Yes, I cannot deny that sweets is one of my weaknesses in life. I try to make my own, healthy candy. Good to know the ingredients. Chocolate and oats.
