Sorry for not writing but I haven´t had access to the website. It feels very empty not to write. Thanks to very skilled it support, I can write again. It feels like nobody reads this, so it doesn’t really matter, but I am so used to write. Here I go again! Some photos have disappeared, so I use some old photos meanwhile. This world of internet. Amazing. Where in cyberspace have the photos disappeard?

Last time I wrote that summer really is here, and it is. Normally I do a lot of exercise but I do less now. I have started to run again and I got a small injury since I am not used to running. But, now I am ok again. It really is wonderful to feel fresh air and humid temperature.

This is in the middle of the summer. Weather is beautiful, Stockholm is very calm. Lots of tourists. Shops etc are closing for some time due to holiday.

It was just after I returned from holiday from Vietnam and Sri Lanka when we were planning for summer, and at that time I was very content. Very nice to leave Sweden during winter to collect new energy.

I usually do about 6-7 hours of exercise every week.  The leaders at my training centers also need some time off, so now it is fewer hours. I have done lots of cycling. Actually, I have done cycling for many years, but I have never had real cycling shoes. I have never reflected. But now I have. I feel that I use other muscles and it is also good to prevent injuries.

However, since I  need my training hours, I will now focus on running for a while. So, this weekend will be challenging since it was such a long time ago.

I don´t have any nice summer photos yet so I share a photo from last summer. Will share those I have on instagram, they are from walking when it was a little rainy.

I have been sad for some time since Tippa is no longer with us. A family member has passed away. A dog really is a family member. I know I shouldn’t think so much about it, but dogs do really have their own personalities. I am grown up with dogs so I know a lot about dogs, and they are different. They have emotions such as shyness, happiness, sadness etc. Furthermore, they can also be very angry and upset. They are very intelligent.

She was a hunting dog but she chose not to hunt, and stayed with her family instead. Always faithful, and she also taught Lady a lot about how to protect her family. Like when to bark. The photo below is from one of her favourite interests. To be in nature. She liked to be in the forest a lot. Tippa is now buried in the garden, and I think of her every time I go for walks.

So this midsummer was rather sad for me. But, this is life. I searched for a good photo, and the one above is the going to stay in my memory.
