Sorry and confessions

When I was in Rome this summer, I saw St. Peter’s Basilica. I still have a lot to write about that journey. It was a beautiful Basilica, and I remember in particular Michaelangelo´s famous renaissance work Pietà, “The pity”, The Mary Madonna Jesus Sculpture, close to the entrance. This famous work of art depicts the body of Jesus on the lap of his mother Mary after the crucifixion. I had spent the whole day in the Vatican and this visit was at the end of the day. There was an ambiance, difficult to put words on. Some kind of holy beauty. There were also confession cabinets in the Basilica. They are so beautiful, and I think it would be good if they existed. A place where you can talk freely and say that you are sorry.

Today I have prepared myself for autumn. I have bought a book, and I also would like to watch a movie at a theatre soon. I will google to see if I can find a teaser on next Bond 007, No time to die. Meanwhile, I entertain myself with some glimpses of Zorro with adventurous scenes.
