First December weekend

It is Friday and it is the first Friday in December 2019. The photo below was from this summer. The autumn has passed, and it is now winter. There is a kind of beauty when season’s change. Change, weather you like it or not.

A lot of things can happen in the body when we have darker time periods. For example D-vitamin levels can decrease due to lower exposure to sunlight. And that can influence your mood and energy level. You can easily measure your D-vitamin by a blood sample at your health center.

This weekend I will see Lady & Molly. They are now best friends, and they play a lot with each other. I am very happy that we have Molly, and I will find out if she also likes “lussekatter” and ginger cake.
