Time off

Sometimes time off is needed. I have been exercising a lot lately, but once in a while rest is also needed. There is always a balance between anabolism and catabolism. Currently, it is important to be careful since there are so many active viruses, in particular the Corona virus. I get upset when people don’t cover their nose and mouth when they sneeze and cough. A never ending story.

I found such a beautiful movie about the Australian koalas. Some of them have been taken care of, and that makes me happy. There is hope. Please watch this film from the TIME on twitter. Unfortunately, I am not that good at computers, but if you cannot click the link, try to copy and past. And don’t forget to enlarge the window so you can better watch the film.
