Governmental “laissez-faire”

A multi-disciplinary group has been put together by the Swedish government to analyze the outcome in Sweden with regard to Covid-19. Since I worked a lot when I was in Norway during the Swine flu, I remember even though it was a decade ago. This time it is much more severe. We are waiting for a vaccine to be developed, and at the same time, we also recall the side effects of the Swine flu vaccine at that time. It is complicated.

When you read the news you have to be careful with what you read. Everything is not true, and some is true with modification. I read that the Asian military army is given access to a vaccine against the COVD-19 pandemic developed by a Chinese 🇨🇳 company. The Swedish army needs to be sponsored. In the beginning of the outbreak we were very soon out of alco gel sanitizers and medical face masks. Thermometers. A field hospital was built and not used in Stockholm. Only in Göteborg. Moreover, a lot of people in Sweden has died compared to other Nordic countries, especially among elderly people. This commission should compare what this difference may depend on. I strongly believe in:

1) no communication

2) no focus on sanitizing (disinfect and cleaning)

We need to learn and bring routines with us in the future. The WHO has a very important role in gathering new knowledge into practice. How to communicate next virus outbreak so it easily can be isolated. Last time I wrote I felt a little worried because there are a lot of people who do not care about fellow beings and consequences of the Corona virus. However, I try to stay happy whenever I can and I do wear face mask to show respect to eg people with high risk of developing severe symptoms of Covid-19. If you continue with washing routines and distancing I am sure you can avoid being infected. Stay safe!
