SvenskaThere is definitely change going on, the temperature is rising. Mornings are brighter. I really like this time of the year. Change from darkness to brighter times. I saw this sign on the photo below last weekend. Sweet.
I am very focused on exercise right now and I will be till summer. Women´s health is coming up soon. Long distance running. I try to find inspiration to keep up a good mood. And I try to not get wounded. I must admit that it is a little challenging to run now because there is still a lot of ice on the roads.
