If you have been on vacation for almost three weeks, you cannot say TGIF, that is why I put a question mark. Or, what is your opinion? I don’t know. Not much to think about, but also fun to think about things that doesn’t matter at all.

One of my goals this summer has been swimming. My sweetie loves swimming. She jumps into the water and swims. Only like dogs do. Dog swimming. I still haven’t trained any crawling because it is too chilly. I must have at least 22-23°C. But there is still time, September is no here yet. It is the breathing that is difficult. Meanwhile, I run. I have run longer distances like 16 kms. It has been ok, and it is very relaxing. It doesn’t feel good that my time is not improving much. But as long as I can run without stopping, that is fine.

Yesterday I was on BBQ, and before that we had “Swedish fika”. I got inspired, and bought some Oreo cookies today. It is Friday.

Not so many days left on my vacation, but today I am happy, because I will see my very first best friend that I grew up with. Vacations are good because you have time to see friends in a more relaxed way. Nice to share childhood memories. We have fun, adventures and beautiful memories.

My book that I have written is on life. Found this summary.

Of some reason, there are not much news during summer time. Life slows down. People want to have vacation, including myself. To relax. To forget about daily life and routines. And that is needed. It is important to let the brain, the central- and peripheral nervous system, to recover. I have done some blogging now and then, to not forget about writing. To become a skilled author you have to write, write and write. Reflect. Do some changes in writing. Reflect, and continue.

When I am in the countryside I read the newspapers. I like reading the local news and sometimes I find interesting advertisements. Like the one above. About the cat Larry. He has a very important job at 10 Downing Street in London. He was adopted and has lived there since 2011. Larry has lived with both Prime minister David Cameron and Theresa May. Now he is making acquaintance with Boris Johnson, according to the BBC. Larry symbolises continuity, and that is needed. In addition, he seem to be proud and content with his job.
