I have been lazy writing since I have been focusing a lot on sports lately. Just because I would like to reach next level. Become a little stronger. Various exercise. Stretch. Mindfulness.

Since it is December and dark you just have to do something to have your mind focused. To not think of the bad weather. To wait for snow that will brighten life.

Sports make me think of sweets so it is a delicate balance. But life without treats would´t be worth much. So, lots of work out for me lately. Fun! I really enjoy. What would my life be without sport?
