I was actually not going to write tonight. I have been strongly committed and occupied by training. Work out. Since I am single, I focus on training. I have the right to chose my own marriage and way of living. So I stay single. Nobody can force me. I have been hurt so many times so I am very careful.  Most men don´t know how to treat women.

As ususal I follow the news and Sweden is, since I have travelled I have some experience, very comparable to what is called e.g. “planekonomi” and everything included in that meaning. There is no room for new enterprises to enter Swedish trade. You are forced to be as everybody. Free word is not allowed. Free word and freedom of speech is strongly forbidden in Sweden. Cuban and North Corean style has slowly been introduced in Sweden. Or maybe Sweden is leading, showing Cuba and North Corea how to act. A good example. How many children every family should have. How to live etc. Otherwise you are executed.

These are very strong words, but they are needed. I work for freedom. Internet freedom is one way of showing freedom. Freedom should of course be regulated by law. Sometimes law does´t work. Especially with regard to discrimination. I have been very discriminated in my own country where I am grown up. Because I am lappish. Being Lappish is considered to be strange. Urinvånare. Lappskojs. Swedish expression. I will continue to work for free word in my own country. Sweden should learn from America. Tuff life but you can succeed if you would like to. Starting from scratch and building an enterprise etc.

I strongly support “free economics”. Even thought my own economy is strictly regulated, I believe that free economics is a sign of a healthy country. I will elaborate another time how  I define “free economics”. It is very interesting. Maybe it can be something for my future writing. Maybe it is interesting because economics is strongly associated to people. Humans.

Enough of thoughts tonight.

Today I am very lazy. Just spending time reading news, preparing for upcoming week and simply, just relaxing. I follow most news sites for diversity. It is difficult to find good reading with good analysis. Today there was writing about meet in Texas. I often go with auntie for BBQ since she has family in Texas. I like that. BBQ.

I seek inspiration for exercising. To have the motivation going. So sometimes I read sport magazines. I have planned for this weeks training. Would like to reach next level. Need more muscles to get stronger. I feel good about having my writing aim set up. Three different projects. Always nice to look forward.

I have had a good and inspiring day. Since I am looking for inspiration I am happy that I got new energy today. Most probably, I am exhausted after writing. It was like a big exam for me. But I am not tired of writing so I will continue. I just need imagination and new ideas. I am thinking of writing a novel. A short story. I will also continue with more poems and also to write a new book. I liked the characters so much so I will continue to follow their lives. They asked so many questions so maybe I should try to answer them in the next book.

In a way, it feels funny to make up their lives. Maybe adventure. Travelling. I don´t know. Since I am waiting for right inspiration to write I try to find photos. Moments in life with some kind of feeling. The creative spirit will always be there.

When I walked this afternoon I suddenly turned my head and saw this sport place. The shadow was so attractive in a way. Thought about auntie yesterday, so maybe that is why I saw this American sport area. I like the reflection of the shadow.

Hi there. Yes, I definitely need to take it easy a few days before more exercise. I have my focus on fresh fruit and vegetables instead. Food can really ruin training. But I cannot help that I am addicted to candy. Difficult to reduce. So, I must admit that I had a re-lapse today. Chocolate. Just a little. But tonight fruit. So I am doing good.

Tonight I will just relax and watch tv. Still feel a bit empty after writing, but I have started to think on my next book. I am addicted to writing as well. But, here, it is good with re-lapse

Thursday evening and I am exhausted. I have been training a lot so now I am going to recover for a few days. Tonight my goal was only to have the pulse going. And I am trying to change candy for fruit. I´ll see for how long I will go for this. Difficult to see me living without candy.

As you might have noticed I like to catch moments in life. Every day I have my special travel. So I caught this photo above. Calm and action in combination.
