SvenskaI have had a day off and I have dedicated this day to recovery and training. Last easy jogging before “tjejmilen” on Saturday. It was a lovely, sunny and beautiful day. It would be perfect if this weather would last til this weekend. I thought of my visit in Rome this summer. And indeed, I have a lot of new inspiration for learning more about Italy. Meanwhile, I have pasta at home. In Rome, military was present in the city. At first, I thought “why are they here?”, it was a bit scary. But then, I noticed that they had a calming effect on the life in Rome. And I felt secure. There is quite a lot of violence so, I think it is fine if the military is present in society.
When I ran I started to think about the approaching autumn, and I hope there will be some good movies to watch. I am still waiting for the James Bond movie. When I run I cross some bridges, and that reminded me of the movie “The Bridge on the River Kwai ” (1957) – British-American epic war film directed by David Lean and based on the novel Le Pont de la Rivière Kwaï (1952) by Pierre Boulle.
