Hi there. Yes, I definitely need to take it easy a few days before more exercise. I have my focus on fresh fruit and vegetables instead. Food can really ruin training. But I cannot help that I am addicted to candy. Difficult to reduce. So, I must admit that I had a re-lapse today. Chocolate. Just a little. But tonight fruit. So I am doing good.

Tonight I will just relax and watch tv. Still feel a bit empty after writing, but I have started to think on my next book. I am addicted to writing as well. But, here, it is good with re-lapse 😉
