It is not easy to find a new dog. That takes time. I remember when I found my sweetie. It took months to find her. That was in wintertime. She was born on New years eve. And she has really been a family member, and still is. So, I will see if I can find new cutie who will keep her company.

It has been a very nice day. Last day of autumn. Sunshine, little chilly, and a lot of people. I was on time, and I was very lucky because I met a couple who has a Cocker Spaniel. Now, I am more convinced that it will be a good dog, and that Lady will be happy again. I will be able to go running with her. Not only walking. It has been a relaxing weekend, and I feel happy about this day. A sporty day.

This is Friday evening, and I have been a bit unlucky. I haven’t been able to go for exercise as much as I would like to. However, I went running when I was in the countryside this week and I am still rather fit. Hässelbyloppet is on Sunday so I will just stay at home til then. I do not dare to leave home due to viruses since I do not wan’t to cancel. It will be a nice excursion. Like the randonées in the Pyrénées. No mountains though, but exercise. I love that. As usual, I share some inspiring music.

The countryside is unique in a way since it is so calm, and that it is really dark during night time. It was chilly when I arrived. Moon light. And my sweetie waited for me. She was happy to see me. I had some hot chocolate, and now I am preparing for tomorrow. I will run, last run before Hässelbyloppet on Sunday. My sweetie is waiting for her walk.
