Sundays are exercise

I like Sundays. A day off. And I often spend it doing different forms of exercise. I have a favorite walk I often go. I am really surprised because I have to put about 2 and a half hour to fulfill the course. Thirteen kilometers. I often stop. Finding something nice to have a picture of. I have started to walk a little faster, to keep my pulse going. Power walk. I am happy when I have a pulse of 130. This afternoon I will go for cycling and stretch.

To be honest, I have been very lazy not doing home cooking. I have started again. It is so easy to have a little something instead of having proper food. Today, a little inspired by French cooking; tomatoes, basilica, garlic, onion etc. With fresh meat.

Since I live alone I have realized that I need help to have my photo. The picture above is from this mornings walk, close to “Nordiska museet”.
